This veg stir fry noddles is packed with fresh vegetables the base of this noddles is the addictive sauce which makes the stir fry more delicious. This recipe contains some of my favourite veggies I usually always have in my fridge. you can use any vegetable available at your home or you like. No fancy or difficult to find ingredients and is far more healthier than the takeaways.

Ingredients:
👉500gms egg noddles
👉2 tbsp honey
👉7 to 8 cloves of garlic
👉1 inch ginger
👉2 finely chopped green chillies
👉5 tbsp oil
👉3 tbsp light soy sauce
👉2 tbsp white wine vineger
👉1tbsp hot sauce
👉1/2 tsp black pepper powder
👉2 cups carrots cut into matchsticks
👉2 vegetable cubes
👉150 gms Broccoli cut into bite size
👉1/2 of red bell pepper
👉1/2 of orange bell pepper
👉1/2 of yellow bell pepper
👉200 gms mushrooms
👉1 tbsp curry powder
👉2 tbsp cornflour
Method:
👉Boil the noddles with salt ,1 tsp oil and with enough water when done strain it with a colander/strainer and keep it aside.cut all the vegetables and keep it aside.
👉Heat up a wok add in 3tbsp oil when hot add in first the broccoli toss it up for some time then add in the carrots fry it on a high flame then the bell peppers and last the mushrooms don't cook it for long as we need that crunch of the vegetables. when done remove it from the wok set it aside.
👉In the same wok add in 2tbsp oil when hot add in the chopped ginger, garlic and the finely chopped green chillies.
👉Now add in soya sauce ,honey ,curry powder ,hot sauce, black pepper powder, white vine vinegar add a cup of water let it simmer and then add in the vegetable cubes give it a stir
👉Then take a cup add in cornflour to that add some water and stir it and then add it to the sauce in the wok when it starts thickening add in tossed vegetables and then add in the boiled noddles give this a good mix let it stay on sim for 3 mins when done garnish it roasted sesame seeds your delicious veg stir fry is ready to eat.
