Ingredients
200 gms squids (cleaned, washed and cut into rings)
2 tbsp Butter
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
8 to 10 cloves of Garlic minced
2 tbsp Milk
1 tbsp Cream
Flour paste - 1 tbsp all purpose flour mixed with little water to make fine paste
Method
In a bowl season the squids with salt, keep aside
Heat up a frying pan add oil and the butter
Add the minced garlic let it splatter
Add the flour paste, stir for 1min
Add milk, combine everything together
Add the squids rings, Fry for 5mins
Add salt to taste
Last add the cream, stir until sauce thickens.
Can be served as an appetiser or with steamed rice. The squids cook very fast do not overcook the squids as they tend to turn like an elastic.
