Delicious sheera made with semolina and mango pulp... easy to make and can be made any time you wish
Ingredients:
👉1 cup semolina
👉1 cup mango pulp
👉1/4 cup sugar
👉1 cup milk(warm milk)
👉1/2 cup ghee
👉few cashew nuts and almonds for garnishing
Method:
👉Heat up a pot on a low heat add in a spoon of ghee...to that add in few cashew nuts roast them light brown... remove it and set it aside in a plate.
👉In the same pot add in semolina roast it for 2 to 3 mins add in the remaining ghee and mix it well stirring continuously for more 2 mins.
👉Now add in the sugar stir it up and now add in the mango pulp let it be combined with the semolina now add in the warm milk mix everything together and cook it for 4mins.on low heat.
👉Now add in some roasted cashew nuts to the sheera save some cashew nuts for garnishing...let the mixture come together and it is ready to serve.
👉Garnish it with remaining cashew nuts and some finely chopped almonds and silver leaf (optional).
