The tender and juicy kababs with lots of flavours
Lamb kababs

Ingredients
500 gms lamb boneless
1 medium chopped onion
2 chopped Green chillies
1” Ginger chopped
8 cloves of Garlic
2 tbsp Coriander leaves
2 tbsp Mint leaves
1 tbsp Garam masala
1/2 tsp red chilly powder
1 tbsp Coriander seeds(roasted)
1/2 tsp Cumin seeds(roasted)
2 tbsp oil
1/2 tsp Salt
1 Egg white
Method
*In a blender blend chopped onion,green chilli,garlic,ginger,coriander leaves,mint leaves together to form a thick paste not too fine
*Remove it n put it in a bowl and keep it aside
*In the same blender blend the lamb chunks with salt..add in the roasted corianderSeeds,
Garam masala,turmeric powder ,
red chilly powder...
*In the bowl where you u had kept the thick paste add the ground meat mix it altogether and check for salt...

*Grease your hands with some oil scoop out some Ground meat to form it into small cylinders brush the egg white on it fry it on medium heat on a frying pan or tava with some 2 tbsp oil turning both the sides...similarly put some meat on the swekers apply egg wash
fry it on a tava...you can also grill it....when done squeeze a lime on top...
