Goan fish curry

In Goa, every household will serve their special preparation of curries almost everyday. An authentic goan fish curry, very simple yet very delicious and easy to make, made with coconut, kokum, spices and other ingredients ground to a paste and then fish is simmered in the curry, goes well with steamed rice. With pride we use the coconuts from our own coconut trees to make our curries, vegetables, savouries and sweets.
