Updated: Jul 25, 2021

Samosas a delicious starter or snack that can be found on every street corner in India and making a goan version always brings a joy to my home. In this recipe the pastry sheet is made at home and it is filled with perfectly seasoned beef mince. Do try to make this crunchy samosas in the comforts of your own home.

👉Water for kneading

Flour paste

👉1tbsp flour

👉2tbsp water

👉Take a smal bowl combine it together to form a thick paste to seal the edges of the dough

For the filling

Repeat with the other circles.

👉Now cut the par-cooked circles into three parts ,Take one part and fold the side close to you on the right use the flour paste to seal it ,Make it like a pocket repeat the folding fill the cooked mince into the pocket than fold the tip of the dough towards you and seal it with the flour paste. Repeat the process with the others.set it aside.

👉Take a deep frying pan pour in 1/2 litre oil on medium heat when the oil hot fry the samosas for 5 mins by turning both the sides , fry until golden brown ,you can put in 3 to 4 samosas at a time depending on the size of the frying pan do not overcrowd the pan as if you do the pan will get cold and the samosas won't fry properly.

The Samosas are ready to eat...Enjoy
