Ingredients:
๐800 gms potatoes
๐1/2 kg beef mince
๐1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
๐2 tbsp green masala
๐1 Maggie cube
๐1 medium finely chopped onion
๐1 medium finely chopped tomato
๐1 tbsp lime juice
๐1 finely chopped green chilly
๐1 cup semolina
๐1 whisked egg
๐1 tbsp ghee
๐Oil for frying
๐Salt to taste
For the green masala grind to paste
Ingredients:
15 green chillies
10 cloves of garlic
1 1/2 โginger
1 tsp poppy seeds
1 tsp cumin seeds
15 peppercorns
1 ball of tamrind
12 cloves
1โ cinnamon
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
Method:
๐Wash,Boil,peel and mash the potatoes soft add some salt to it and keep it aside.
๐Heat up a pot add in 1 tbsp oil add chopped onions fry until translucent add chopped tomatoes sautรฉ
๐Add ginger garlic paste add the green masala sautรฉ add the beef mince, add little water if required.
๐Cover and cook it 10 mins or until done...add fresh coriander leaves to it add finely chopped chillies,lime juice,add the Maggie cube...mix it all up...let the mixture be complete dry...turn off the flame
๐When the mixture has cool down..we need to start the filling.
๐Apply some oil on your palm take a small portion of mashed potatoes flatten on your palm put 1 tbsp of mince filling place it in the centre fold in and cover it all over the sides like a ball....form it into a cutlet shape
๐Deep this chop in the whisked egg and than coat it in semolina/rava
๐Heat up a frying pan add 1 tbsp ghee and 1 tbsp oil and shallow fry the chops until golden brown turning both the sides.
