A popular dish made in any Goan household ''The beef kheema/mince''.The beef mince is simmered in,with spices bursting with Goan flavours, that is, in the famous goan green masala paste(recipe on this website). Do try it for yourself.
Ingredients:
👉1/2 kg beef mice
👉3 medium onions chopped fine
👉2 medium tomatoes chopped fine
👉1 tsp ginger garlic paste
👉1 tbsp vinegar

👉2 medium potatoes diced
👉salt to taste
👉3 tbsp oil
👉1/2 cup freshly chopped coriander leaves
Method:
👉In a bowl take the mince add in salt, vinegar and 1 tsp ginger garlic paste marinate for 15 mins and keep it aside.
👉Heat up a pot on a medium heat add in oil when it is hot add in chopped onions saute till translucent then add in chopped tomatoes saute for a while.
👉Now add in the green masala paste saute for 20 secs then add in the marinated mince mix it up well then add in diced potatoes(you can add peas also if you prefer) and salt and 1/2 cup of water combine everything together well ,cover the lid and let it cook for 15mins when done add in fresh chopped coriander leaves.
