Creamy Butter Garlic Squids

Creamy butter garlic squids are a sumptuous seafood dish that combines the tender texture of squid with a rich, velvety sauce. Sautéed in butter and infused with aromatic garlic, Perfect for a quick yet indulgent meal, this dish offers a delightful balance of flavors and textures, making it a favorite among seafood lovers.

Ingredients:

👉200 gms squids (cleaned, washed and cut into rings)

👉2 tbsp Butter

👉1/2 tsp black pepper powder

👉8  cloves of Garlic minced

👉1 tbsp Cream

👉Flour paste - 1tsp all purpose flour mixed with 2 tbsp of milk


Method

👉In a bowl season the squids with salt, keep it aside.

👉Heat up a frying pan add in butter,Add the minced garlic let it splatter

👉Add the squids rings, Fry for 5mins,than add the flour paste,mix it all up together and than last add cream ,stir until sauce thickens.

Can be served as an appetiser or with steamed rice. The squids cook very fast do not overcook the squids as they tend to turn like an elastic.
