Chicken bread patties

A kids friendly recipe very delicious.

when I first did the chicken Pattie it was so much appreciated by my kids.


Ingredients

>1cup chicken boiled and shredded/diced

>1 large onion finely chopped

>1 tsp black pepper powder

>1 tsp ginger garlic paste

>1 tbsp soya sauce

>1tsp cumin powder

>1 cup milk

>2 eggs

>1 cup bread crumbs

>1/2 tsp salt

>1 tbsp cornflour

>2 tbsp oil

> slices of bread


Method

*In a frying pan on a medium heat add 2 tbsp oil


*Add the finely chopped onions saute for 30seconds not too much, let the be pink.


*Add ginger garlic paste and salt, fry it till the smell of ginger garlic goes away.


*Add black pepper powder, stir it altogether on a low heat.


* In a bowl add 1 cup milk to that add 1tbsp cornflour stir it with a spoon see that no lumps are formed add this mixture to the hot pan.stir it for a while now it's going to become thick now to that add the soya sauce and the cumin powder, mix up altogether.



*Last add the chicken shredded/diced stir it and combine everything let it dry up and form a thick paste.


*Remove it and place it in a bowl, now place a slice of a bread in a plate or a cutting board cut it round with a cookie cutter scoop a paste mixture from a bowl and spread it evenly on round bread cut another bread n place it on top of the chicken spread bread,repeat this process for other breads, place it in tray when done.


*In a bowl whisk 2 eggs keep aside, In a plate pour the breadcrumbs now deep completely the chicken bread in the whisked egg than roll it in the breadcrumbs coat completely the sides of the Pattie. Repeat the process for the others.




*Heat up a deep frying pan add in 1/2 litre oil let the oil heat up gently leave the Pattie in the frying pan maybe 3 at time.fry it golden brown flipping both the sides.




*Remove it in a plate and serve hot with tomato ketchup.A delicious snack for kids to enjoy.
