Burnt garlic Mushroom fried rice and Mushroom gravy




Ingredients:

👉2 cups basmati rice(soaked for 1/2 hour)

👉150 grms small mushrooms

👉few French beans finely chopped (optional)

👉1 tsp black pepper

👉6 cloves of garlic finely chopped

👉2 green chillies finely chopped

👉1 tbsp soya sauce

👉salt to taste

👉2 tbsp oil

👉1 tsp vinegar


Method:

👉Heat up a pot add in water let it boil now add the soaked and washed rice to it add some salt to taste cook the rice only 80 % and then drain the water out.

👉Heat up a wok add in oil when hot add in finely chopped garlic let it turn golden brown

Remove some burnt garlic from the wok and keep it aside for garnishing.


👉In the same wok add in chopped green chilli and fry it for a while then add in chopped French beans then the mushrooms add some salt keep the flame of the gas on high heat.

👉Now add in soya sauce and vinegar combine everything together now add in the cooked rice add in black pepper powder, mix everything together and check for salt and its ready to serve.

👉Garnish it with the burnt garlic flakes.


For the mushroom gravy

Ingredients:

👉200 gms small mushrooms

👉2 tsp soy sauce

👉1 tsp vinegar

👉4 to 5 finely chopped garlic

👉1/2 inch chopped ginger

👉1 tbsp Tomato sauce

👉1/4 tsp red chilli flakes

👉1/4 tsp black pepper powder

👉1 tbsp cornflour

1👉 diced onions

👉2 tbsp oil


Method:

👉Heat up a pot add in oil when the oil is hot add in chopped garlic and ginger add diced onion fry it for a while

👉Now add in the mushrooms fry it till the mushrooms are cooked.

👉Now add in soya sauce,tomato sauce and the red chilli flakes combined everything together.

👉Now in a bowl add in cornflour and little water mix it up and add it to the mushroom mixture add some water if it is too thick. add in black pepper ,vinegar and salt to taste.
