Beef mince is always a hit in my house coz everyone likes it but not the vegetables so I had to prepare something today where my children would eat the vegetables aswell,so I just mixed it with the mince. In this recipe you can use any vegetables you have at home just shred it and combined it with the mince with some spices handy at your home.
Ingredients:
👉150 gms beef mince
👉1 cup shredded cabbage
👉1cup grated carrots
👉1 cup grated potatoes
👉2 finely chopped green chillies
👉1 tsp Garam masala
👉1/2 tsp black pepper powder
👉1 tsp cumin powder
👉1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
👉2 tbsp lime juice
👉1 tbsp corn flour
👉1 tbsp gram flour
👉1 egg
👉1 tsp salt
👉oil for shallow frying
Method:
👉In a bowl pour in the shredded cabbage, carrots and the potatoes then add in salt beef mince, green chillies,egg,cornflour,gram flour, lime juice, Garam masala,cumin powder,black pepper powder and ginger garlic paste mix this all up and set it aside for 15 mins.
👉Heat up a frying pan on a medium heat add in some oil now scoop some mixture a small ball size and place it on the palm of your hand and flatten it and shape it into a nice round cutlets form and leave it gently in the hot pan let it cook on medium heat for 7 to 8mins flipping on both the sides or until done.
👉Have it as an appetiser or put in a bread or have it as a side dish
